Formula Drift Dodge Challenger |
Mopar has tooled together a special edition 2009 Formula Drift Dodge Challenger, the muscle car is packing an amazing 800 horsepower under the hood. The car body will also be reconstructed in carbon-fiber to keep weight down, but with the mishaps that can occur when tailgating a car sideways at 100mph. Sam Hubinette the driver, is pretty excited about the new car, but sadly the muscle car will not be able to enter this year's Formula Drift series until the third round.
The car's future has been delayed because the Challenger has to go through more testing. Even though the muscle car will miss the first two rounds, it will still be able to compete in the last final five rounds. The drift car will be the most powerful car on the grid.
